third parties, in this case vehicle manufacturers/importers.

By using this system you agree to use the data provided as intended, i.e. to produce labels for display on used cars offered for sale. You also agree not to alter or
amend in any way, the labels produced by this system. This includes altering the data, or modifying the appearance of the label. VCA reserve the right to immediately withdraw this service should this agreement be broken.
VCA accept no liability for missing or incomplete data. Not all cars will be listed on this database, for example, cars that have been imported into the UK, or approved under the Department for Transport’s Single Vehicle Approval scheme, are unlikely to be listed.
It is the car dealer’s responsibility to ensure that the data produced is relevant to the car on display, and VCA can take no responsibility where labels are used in an inappropriate or misleading way. Where no exact match is found within the database, dealers should refrain from displaying a label intended for a different car.
